Hi there, wellness entrepreneur. Welcome back!

Today I’m honored to bring on my client Katie, and she is going to share a bit about her Instagram journey. From when we first started working together, where she was feeling pretty frozen and stuck on Instagram.

I’ll let her explain it in her own words to where she is now, and that is on fire with a lot of views on her reels, growing her audience, growing her visibility and reach, and she’s having so much fun creating content. I’ll let her share her journey in that transformation today here on the podcast, as well as we go on a very valuable side tangent, all things AI, how to really use AI, and the benefits of utilizing AI and both of our fears of using AI as well to help speed up content production and grow your audience and get more visibility.

All right! Let’s get to this amazing blog!

Alison: Katie Delimon is a somatic practitioner and author of the book, “Trust Your Flames,” and a coach. Katie, welcome.

Katie: Thank you for having me, Alison. Very honored.

Question to Katie: So tell the audience a little bit about who you really help and what you’re doing these days as a somatic practitioner, author and coach.

Katie: Yeah! So I teach a little bit of yoga and I’m a yoga meditation teacher. And I’ve published my memoir about two years ago, and I noticed that people are just really overwhelmed by life and stress. So, I’ve kind of now sort of focused more on coaching and mentoring people, helping them sort of zoom out of the very busy world that they feel overwhelmed with by using a lot of mind-body techniques. That’s why I kind of call myself a somatic practitioner now.

So yoga is obviously very powerful. Meditation is powerful. Nervous system regulation techniques and mindfulness, they’re all very powerful. But they’re more powerful when you use them together. So I like to combine a little bit of everything. And I always use my framework, the ABCs. So it’s awareness, boundaries, and compassion. And the golden ABC is always being connected to your body.

Alison: Love that!

Question to Katie: And how has your work evolved over the last several years? Because you have been doing this for a while so you have a lot of skill set and experience. How has it really grown for you?

Katie: Yeah! So I just started off as a yoga teacher. I actually didn’t know if I wanted to be one, but I kind of forced myself to do it as I’d moved. And it was just an option there. And obviously, I love it. But I actually had an old former boss of mine from New York when I was living there. I live in Australia now. She came to me and was like, “Katie, my life is a mess. You’re one of the most grounded people I know. And I know your story and how you’ve gone from mindlessness to mindfulness. Can we work together?”

So it was through her that I started doing one-on-one sessions, doing a little bit of mindfulness mentoring. And I started doing a few more like year after year. And I just saw the immense benefits these people got. So I created some online programs, some mindfulness programs. I did some digital courses. And obviously, now I do some corporate keynotes. I do corporate workshops. I’ve been hosting wellness retreats for the past five years. And just seeing how to better help these stressed-out women in this world, trying to manage all the things to do. And that’s how it’s just evolved.

I remember one of my first little wellness retreats was at a yoga studio with 10 people called Rainbow Restorative. And we did a class with restorative yoga and meditation and stuff. And now I do weekend retreats. And yeah, so just always evolving, of course, but always focusing on how can we feel better more often. And I always say, it’s not necessarily about feeling better. It’s getting better at feeling.

Alison: Yeah, I love that.

Question to Katie: So in your own business, how do you keep all these offers clear in terms of what you’re marketing? When and how do you work on filling them all and keeping clients coming in the door?

Katie: Yes. Well, I can definitely say that business coaches have helped that. So having somebody to be accountable for, somebody to look at your business from an outside perspective and somebody who’s also ahead of you. And not that they’re better or worse, but they’re already doing the things that you want to do. So I do think I’ve enrolled in a few different business courses and I’ve had a few different coaches. And I really feel like that keeps me in alignment and it helps me navigate, “Okay, what should I focus on? What can I get rid of? What can I redo, rework, rehash?”

And also throughout the years, one of my biggest pain points is how do I niche myself? And the only way I’ve like realized how I can do that is by getting feedback from the audience and just really seeing what pain points they’re at. And again, I think that’s just time, right? You can’t rush anything, but you definitely have to have systems. You definitely need accountability. Otherwise, when you’re your own entrepreneur, you’re doing everything. You need somebody else to bounce things off of.

Alison: Yeah, I love this. And when we first started working together, I remember you came to a call and I was actually really blown away because you had all this market research, very detailed market research. But yet you wanted clarification on your niche and who you were talking to and what to say.

Question to Katie: In fact, at that time, you weren’t posting on Instagram too much. And you can correct me if I’m wrong here, but I remember I was looking on your Instagram and I was like, but you actually had a lot of engagement. Some of your posts, you had gone, I think viral, like you had a lot of your posts had over 100 likes and views. So I’m like, what is actually going on here? Tell us a little bit about that time.

Katie:  So I was very much a person who resisted social media. I did it because I had to, but I had a very negative mindset about it. And I also outsourced it a few times to a few different sort of VA companies. Also, I at one point had a PR company doing it, not for very long, and also a marketing agency doing it. And every time I had somebody else doing it, it felt weird and it felt disconnected. And it just made me more disconnected.

So when we first started, I was so anti. Like I was just so fed up with it. I actually gave myself a three-month break where I was like, “I don’t even want to look at Instagram right now.” So I gave myself a three-month break, and totally completely off it. I was like, I’m not going to do anything. I’m not going to post. I’m not going to look. I’m just completely off of it. And I honestly think it was a bit of taking that full three months and allowing myself to just not do anything with it. And then I did a few sort of like body treatments, kinesiology and some other stuff that I think sort of cleared some blocks as well.

And then obviously working with you. And you really helped me create my funny sort of humorous part of my personality to come out, which I love. And you helped me learn how to make like the funny reels. And ever since then, I’ve just been on fire. It’s incredible how much it’s taken off. Like pretty much every post or reel gets anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 views. It’s a very engaged audience with likes and shares.

And one video again, just went viral. And it was like 12,000 views or whatever, 700 likes. So yeah! I think it was a mixture of a lot of things. But again, it was allowing myself space to really step away and then to take full responsibility for myself with it and have fun. Like fun, I think is the biggest thing we forget about when it comes to business.

Alison: Yeah, and especially Instagram. But it can be fun when you, I have most days when I’m creating content, like I’m laughing to myself just because the GIFs and the stickers crack me up.

Katie: It’s so good. I agree. Like I’m just watching it myself over and over.

Alison: Yes, totally. And so much gold there as well. I think something you said was key, how you just gave yourself time to come back to Instagram. And you also gave yourself time with the niche to allow it to evolve for yourself. I think sometimes, entrepreneurs get stuck or frozen because they’re trying to force themselves into a niche that hasn’t quite yet come up through the work that they’re doing.

Katie: Yeah, yeah, I completely agree. I think it was literally stepping away was giving myself that space for the universe to work its magic. And that’s where real change happens is when we let go. We know that we try to control anything or force anything. It’s like a fish. You try to hold and it’s just going to slip away. So we know this in our mind that we need to let go. But then there’s always that, “Well, then I don’t care,” or, “People are going to forget about me and then business is going to be bad.” So it’s just like battling those inner demons and knowing that, “Okay, let me try something I’ve never done before,” which was actually stepping away.

Alison: And then you came back and you’ve been on fire!

Question to Katie: So I think a very common urge or tendency is to outsource the marketing and PR. How did that work for you in the past when you have outsourced compared to what’s happening right now for you?

Katie: Yeah. So when I’ve done like the PR and the marketing agency, it didn’t quite align with, I guess, where I was going and maybe because I was sort of confused. So if I’m confused, they’re going to be confused. Like the universe responds to whatever you’re putting out. And if I’m not clear, then of course, they’re not going to be able to give me clarity either.

So it’s I do believe, though, with like working with coaches and a few of the business programs I’ve invested in, they’ve been really great and helpful because they’ve taught me how to do Facebook ads and do things technically that I would never be able to do. And you would spend hours on YouTube trying to figure it out. So it’s like just that direct line, like, “Okay, how do I just make like the cutouts with the stickers like two minutes of an explanation.” And it’s like literally blown up my Instagram for it. So, it’s crazy how just talking to somebody can really solve an issue so simply.

Alison: Yeah, I love that.

Question to Katie: And so what’s your mindset these days when you go to post on Instagram to stay consistent? Because some people, I think it’s totally fine to take a break every so often when you need to and just to have that reset button pressed and you come back refreshed and evolved and in a new place. But you don’t want to kind of do this like whiplash with the audience where you’re here one day for and then you’re going hard and then you disappear again and you’re here and back and forth. Since you’ve come back, you’ve been steady. So what’s your mindset to keep you going with that steadiness?

Katie: To be honest, it’s like, it’s actually so creative for me that I actually have so much fun that I’m like I want to post two and three times a day because I have that much content to do. Like, I’ve got all the info and honestly, AI, like Chat GPT is really helping me be consistent because I can get the information out a lot quicker and a lot more efficient.

And between Chat GPT and those like funny reels, I can create three times a day easily with no problem, whereas before, I would spend so long. And one thing that I didn’t touch on is working with you gave me a lot more confidence to show up and own who I am, which I think now is another reason why I have a lot more confidence to consistently show up. I’m really owning being a coach, being a mentor and, you know, guiding people, helping people in the way that I do that I didn’t have that before. I was still like, “Who am I to be a coach? Who am I to be a mentor? Like, I can’t call myself that. Like, I’m actually not licensed therapist or whatever it is.” You know, the stories of the imposter.

Alison: Yes! And we all experience them at times. So it’s amazing. Thank you so much for highlighting that.

Question to Katie: Tell us, I’m sure they all want to hear like, how are you getting these ideas and how are you utilize Chat GPT?

Katie: Yes. So at the moment, which I might change the system up, but I’m just doing one sort of reel or post or carousel or something sort of me. And then the other the next day will be funny. And, you know, whether that reel has like it could be a selling or it could be just information-based. Honestly, I just will with Chat GPT, I just put in like my idea and like help me write a caption and it helps me. And I’m also because I’ve written a book, I am a writer. So I love to write. So I love blogging, I love writing and creating content. So that comes quite naturally to me.

And I think another thing that helps is I also love marketing and I actually worked in marketing for a little bit because it’s human psychology. Right? It’s in the field that I like. So I love seeing like looking at numbers and comparing what worked, what didn’t work. And so I think that just comes natural to me. I naturally like that stuff. I gravitate towards it.

But like I said, I have a system to where I do one of me, one funny one, one of me, one funny one. And I try to focus on sort of one theme for like a month and then like for the past month or so I’ve been focusing on boundaries and now I’m going to probably change it up to a little bit more of trauma. And, you know, so sort of have a theme every month. That’s sort of what I’m kind of going for. And one thing that’s really helped as well, I just told you this before a call that I boosted one reel of mine that did pretty well to begin with. It had a lot of likes and shares and comments and it was of me. And I boosted it for five to six dollars a day and I’m getting like 10 followers a day from it pretty much.

Alison: Nice. Yeah! I found this to be true for myself. Like, you don’t have to do ads. You can grow completely organically to six figures and more. But when you are ready to invest money, it always does better if you’re taking it from organic content that has done well. And what better way to try that than a free platform like Instagram or Facebook where you’re pulling content that you know already worked organically and now you’re just putting money behind it. I love that. Right there, people can go out and look at your best reel. See what one has gotten the most views or engagement and give it a boost. See how it goes.

Katie: Exactly. You can opt to do three dollars a day for like two days. You know? You’ll see, I always say invest in the test. Like, you do want to sort of invest a little on testing to see what works, what doesn’t work. You’d be surprised! You would! Because I had a Facebook ad running for like four years. I think I was spending three dollars a day at the end, but I was again getting like seven to ten e-mails in my e-mail list a week.

Alison: Love it. So also you highlighted through that conversation, first of all, before we move on, what’s your Instagram so they can go follow you?

Katie: So all of my socials, website, everything is just my name, Katie Delimon, katiedelimon.com. I have a TikTok, but I’m not really on it. LinkedIn, even though I’m not really on it, but it’s there and Facebook as well. So it’s all just Katie Delimon.

Alison: Yeah! Go check out her reels and her GIFs. They’re really funny. They’ll make you laugh. So if you need a chuckle. And also, here’s the thing, too, I don’t want to just gloss over that. You also bring so much value to your content. Like, even if it is a funny GIF, read her caption, because there’s a lot of tips, there’s a lot of very insightful information. So it’s more than just a laugh as well.

Question to Katie: And you highlighted in that conversation different types of formats of posting. You mentioned selling, a selling type of reel or more of an informational type of reel. Tell us a little bit about how what’s the difference in those type of content for you. What does that mean for you?

Katie: Yeah. So, I mean, it’s basically just as it sounds. So, a selling reel would be you actually promoting whatever you’re promoting, whether it’s a workshop or a webinar or a course or coaching. And you really focus on just selling.

And then the other ones are just, you know, either information or maybe it’s like giving yourself or your own little boost with a testimonial, which the testimonials, I guess, kind of fall in the sale, the selling one because you’re trying to boost the sales. But the great thing is, you can mix all of them. Like, you know, you can always overlap. You can overlap them.

And again, it’s all market research. And that was, I think, another thing that really working with you helped me solidify that everything is market research. Like nothing is wasted. Nothing is bad or wrong. It’s just you try it, see how it works, and then you move on and then you take the information from it. So I think everybody’s different, of course, and everybody’s audience could respond in different ways. So you have to just see what works for you.

I know that you’re like in an Instagram mastermind. So like, maybe it’s even joining one of those or getting a coach for Instagram if that’s something you want to focus on. I always believe in like investing in yourself is always the best. So whether that’s through a course, a coach, multiple things, like I said, body work, healing. I invest all the time, whether it’s a massage or kinesiology, whatever, but really like knowing that that’s the best investment you can ever do.

Alison: I 100% agree.

Question to Katie: So where do your ideas come from? If you’re using Chat GPT to kind of help refine them? I think some people get stuck with the actual, like if you were to say, Okay, well today I want to do kind of a value type post and maybe tomorrow create more of a selling type post to promote a workshop. But then they get stuck right there being like, well, what do I say for each of those? And what do I even put into Chat GPT to help me create like an idea? Because Chat GPT is wonderful. And sometimes you can come up with great ideas and sometimes it’s helpful for refinement as well. So how do you come up with like the actual value of what you’re writing on, whether it is trauma or boundaries or communication?

Katie: Yes. So I guess it depends on what you’re sort of promoting and what you want. So say, you have a workshop or webinar coming up in a month. And so whatever that theme is, that umbrella is, or whatever you’re talking about, you want to then sort of promote that, like, say a month out, four weeks out and not necessarily, hey, I’ve got this webinar coming up in four weeks.

Maybe you just start to seed the idea of like, I’ll just use my boundaries, for instance, like, say I have a boundaries webinar coming up. I will start doing posts like the funny ones, like when they call you a B-I-T-C-H for staying true to your boundaries with Betgar. Like taking a shot of doing funny reels around boundaries. And when it comes to doing more, like besides the funny ones, I would say it’s trickling the information versus giving them little bites of value, of course. Like your audience wants to watch you every day because you’re giving them value.

So, what is the information that you have that solves these problems? And like, how can you give it to them in a way that makes them want more? And you’re really good at this because you’re so good at like getting so specific on, “Okay, well, what does that look like in their day-to-day struggling with time?” Like, do they forget to pick their kids up for school or like they don’t have time to go to the yoga. Like, you’re really good. You’ve got the five or six S’s that you work with. And it really breaks down the specific pain points. And then you can actually talk to that. And that’s how you draw people in. It’s about the feeling, not like, “Okay, I’m going to solve that problem of yours.” It’s like painting that picture like you would in a book. You paint it. You show it, not tell it.

Alison: Yeah, I love that. Now it’s Seven S’s, which is of the 100K Marketing Framework, because I always think of like how I would like a framework that I’m literally writing into reels and captions. And it’s exactly what you said. The whole purpose is so you can be specific and speak to an emotion, which is one of the S’s, senses, and highlight sometimes, like you were saying before, either your story, your own transformation, or client stories and clients’ transformations as well. So that’s another S, but this specificity is huge.

And for me, sometimes for me, that creates clarity. I think when I first start working with some clients, the specificity can be mind-blowing because they’re like, “Oh, well, I have my clients have so many struggles. They have so many problems or they have so many goals and desires. How do I fit it all into one reel?” And instead you want to create many reels and you’re just highlighting one thing at a time because then you’re really resonating with people instead of having to look at a screen and being like, “Okay, well, feel better in your body or thrive,” which doesn’t really reach anyone.

Katie: Yeah, yeah, using the broad terms. Everybody wants to manage their time more effectively or manage stress. So it’s getting really specific, like you said, and those seven S’s now. Yeah, they just keep growing.

Alison: Yeah! Hopefully that’s it, though. Yeah. And again, you’re not including them all in one reel. But if you’re mapping it out with like your ideal client avatars, as it’s sometimes called and your core teaching pillars, then you have like content for days where you can never run out of ideas because you can pull from any of those places and then pop it into an AI tool for refinement and funny one liners. I use the prompt a lot of the times.

Must Read: Strategic 90-Day Planning for Wellness Entrepreneurs: Maximize Year-End Growth

Katie: I didn’t touch on that. That’s literally like I always say, like, give me a captivating, remarkable, hilarious like SEO. Like I try to put in all the what you want it to be. And like I say what the audio is and like what I want to put as the title and like give me other options. So I’m always using AI to come up with like really catchy titles and hooks.

Alison: Yeah! Exactly. And then you can have a conversation if it comes back not quite right or not, I always say like, make it bolder, make it funnier. You just have a chat back and forth.

Katie: Honestly, I do believe that Chat GPT is probably the biggest reason or any of the AI tools cause there’s a ton of them, is one of the biggest reasons I’m able to stay consistent now and feel really inspired. I feel like I have like a writing buddy with me and it’s just the best.

Alison: Yeah! And actually this is kind of funny and a total side note. But if you are having an off day and you’re like, “Well, I’m not sure people like this.” You can have Chat GPT give you a little pep talk if you want. You can say, “I’m feeling a little down, like, come on, tell me, do you think this is going to do well? Give me a little pep talk,” and it will. It’s so funny. A coach colleague and I were actually talking about that. And she shared what Chat GPT wrote and it really sounds like a human being giving you a little pep talk. It’s great.

Katie: I love that. I’m going to do that. Something somebody told me, which I didn’t realize. And of course it does. But you can take a picture of your fridge and say, “What should I make for dinner tonight?” Amazing. Incredible. I’m sure it can come up with 10 different recipes. It’s incredible. And then another, somebody else said something like, “Put in Chat GPT what is something that you know about me that I don’t know about myself? Was really cool. I did it and I was like, “Oh, I like this.” And I felt even closer.

Alison: Yeah, yeah. So it’s really evolved. In fact, I was talking with a client just the other week and I was like, you know, because we were writing an e-mail together and we were using Chat GPT to help with it or Claude or one of them. And, you know, I was like, “What did we do six months ago when I wasn’t using it as much?” It’s crazy to think about.

Katie: Yeah, yeah! Absolutely. I honestly am like, I was so scared to use it. Literally, I was freaked out because I’m kind of one of those people. I was like, “Oh, I don’t want to give into it.” It’s like I don’t want to. And then right before I think it was right before we started working together, I caved. And now I’m just like I have the paid subscription because I’m like, I use it so much.

Alison: Yeah, me too. And yeah, it gives detailed response and wait time isn’t as long. You don’t get shut out of things. It really speeds up time, like you’re saying. So you can be more consistent and you don’t have to worry about like, for me, I’m always having typos and medical errors and that sort of thing. And I don’t have to worry about that as much.

Katie: Yeah! Hundred percent.

Alison: Well, thank you for that little side detour into Chat GPT. But I think many people will find it useful because it really will save you a lot of time. And especially in terms of Instagram, get you out there more because the more posts you make, the more data you’ll get, just like Katie’s saying. So then you can refine and the more people you reach, so you’re actually helping more people.

Question to Katie: So what would you tell the entrepreneur that maybe feels stuck right now with Instagram or really wants to grow their visibility on Instagram, but hasn’t quite seen the traction either in visibility and their views or audience growth quite yet?

Katie: I mean, you know, not to keep coming back to this, but I do believe any time I’ve ever felt stuck in my business, I’ve always reached out to a coach. Like, again, you want to reach out to somebody who’s doing the things you want to be doing, who also has some similar values. So somehow finding a coach and maybe it’s not necessarily a business coach, maybe it’s an Instagram coach, like find someone or something that speaks to you so that you can get out of your head and sort of into your body, into that creation.

Or if you’re not on AI, maybe go on to one of the AI’s, Claude or Chat GPT, whatever you want to jump onto and start typing in some ideas or putting in what your niche is, what your target market is, and then start getting ideas from there and then see how you go.

A big thing that I do is like I go on Instagram. I found a few Instagram growth accounts and they literally, you just copy and paste what their reels are or what their carousels are, and you just redo them for your own. Like this one chick I follow, I think she has like a million, she’s an Instagram growth. I literally, and she even says like, “Just use this format, use the same exact music, same exact like content, and then change it for your niche.” And that is actually how I had a lot of my growth. I forgot to mention that was, I just copied and pasted what somebody else did and was successful with. Like, you find the model and you redo it.

Alison: Yeah! I have a folder in my Instagram that’s viral content to make my own. So that way I always have ideas.

Katie: And it’s not about stealing anybody’s idea. You were like, it’s that mindset of like, “I have so much to give that like I would be a dishonor to the world not sharing it.” And nothing in this world is new. Like even fashion, nothing is new. Everything is recycled. All energy is just recycled. So, you’re not stealing from anybody. You’re not not unique. Like, you’re still you. And to get over that little hurdle of like, “Oh, but you know, it’s not the same if somebody else has already done it.” It’s like, no.

Alison: And truthfully, like I help a lot of my clients is really taking a hook. You know? I give my clients like 50 binge-worthy hooks and making it their own. So, it is an embodied experience for them, whether it comes out in an e-mail or an Instagram post where it does feel unique because when you are taking just a general hook, which might be like, The Five Secrets or The Costly Mistake To Avoid or The Truth Bomb About This, you know? That sort of thing.

Again, that’s pretty generic, but if you apply it to your specific expertise, so like, you know, highlighting ways that you help people, utilizing your combination of certifications in combination with your personal experience and story, then no one can replicate that quite exactly. And it will be different and it’ll land different because maybe the energy or the emotion is different behind when you’re creating it and what you were feeling, then the person that used the hook that maybe you saw it from, they’re in a different place or created it for a different reason and have a completely different story. So it’s going to land and feel really different.

Katie: A hundred percent. And not to promote AI again, but literally I’ve taken your hooks and somebody else’s hooks and I just copied and paste, put it into AI and say, and please finish, like, do these hooks with my niche. This is the problem I’m solving, it’s boundaries and self-compassion, whatever it is and do the hooks. And then it comes up for you.

And I’m like, again, you have no reason to stall anymore. Like it’s all there and it’s a lot free and it’s just about doing it. And I think it’s getting over that fear is the biggest thing that keeps people stuck. And the only way I know how to get unstuck is to like, is to act. So, you know, done is better than good.

Alison: Yeah, a hundred percent.

Katie: Even with my book, I have mistakes in there, but it doesn’t matter, you know? And even, people actually love flaws. They don’t want you to be absolutely perfect. That’s how people relate. So it’s just about getting over that fear of putting yourself out there and being seen and heard.

Alison: Yeah! I think you hit on a key point there. It’s like, there’s so many reasons, so many ideas just from this one episode that if you’re not utilizing and getting out there tomorrow or the next day and whenever you’re planned to show up in your business and posting, that often means that there is a mindset block somewhere and a coaching can really help with that and cover what that is. Or, you know, talk with a colleague or a friend, just that there’s something there blocking and it doesn’t have to take a long time for it to shift either.

Katie: Yeah, absolutely.

Alison: Well, thank you so much for all your wisdom and knowledge today and the Chat GPT hinge and suggestions and Instagram.

Katie: They should sponsor us.

Alison: I know, right? Do they have affiliate programs? They might. I don’t think they do though.

Katie: No, not yet. They probably will though.

Alison: Yeah.

Question to Katie: Well, are there any parting words of wisdom that you want to share with everyone?

Katie: I always say if you’re on the fence, just do it. Like go, just action. Fall forward, at least you’re falling in your face.

Alison: Well, that’s true. And then you can, you’ll get up and try again and that’s how you’ll know. It’ll always evolve.

Question to Katie: Well, tell everyone again where they can find you, your Instagram, your book and your website.

Katie: Yeah! So my website is just katiedelimon.com, my Instagram, @katiedelimon, and my book is “Trust the Flames, My Wild Ride From Mindlessness To Mindfulness.” You can buy it anywhere that you can buy books and also the links in my Instagram and my website.

How Can You Make More Impact As A Yoga Teacher?

Hi, I'm Dr. Alison McLean, DPT

I believe wellness practitioners deserve to live the freedom they teach.

Not someday. Not after one more certification or one more full caseload. Now. We entered this work to help people heal — and somewhere along the way, we became the most burned out people in the room. Seeing clients back to back, skipping meals, missing family moments, quietly wondering if this is as good as it gets. What they didn't teach us in school is that the business model we inherited was never designed to give us freedom. It was designed to keep us busy. There's a version of your practice that doesn't require your sacrifice as the cost of admission. One where your income isn't capped by your calendar, your clients get your best, and you actually have a life outside the treatment room.

That's the world I'm building — and I'd love to help you build it too.
