There is a lot going on in the world right now. Personally, there is a lot going on with my health too. So it’s time to get some hope for the future and celebrate.

I think our nervous systems are taxed and overwhelmed. It’s time to take a deep sigh and feel a nudge of gratitude and happiness.

You don’t have to force it, if you are not ready. Listen to what you need. But I recorded this episode with you in mind for whatever stage you are in.

It’s step 3 of my simple process to create your version of success, and live a fulfilled life. Only you have the ability to actually determine what this means for you. Let me help.

For me right now, success means creating 100 podcast episodes of value for my community, while enjoying life, spending lots of time with family and caring for my health. What’s it for you??

Enjoy your Labor Day.

See you on the mat,

Alison

PS. I have a brand new FREE Workshop for you.

It’s the Workshop on How to Create & Fill Workshops.

Over the last decade I have taught numerous workshops, find some of them here.

Learn the strategy I’ve developed from years of teaching.

You will finally understand what works, and what doesn’t. And, why you would WANT to teach a workshop (yes I’ll help you get over your fear).

All you need to invest is your time. And, I promise this workshop will actually give you back an abundance of time by learning from my mistakes, so you don’t repeat them too.

Even if you are afraid to teach a workshop- this workshop is for you! I will help you to work with your nervousness and fear. Because you know what? It’s normal!! Don’t let it hold you back in your business. I’ve got you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Alison McLean, DPT

I believe wellness practitioners deserve to live the freedom they teach.

Not someday. Not after one more certification or one more full caseload. Now. We entered this work to help people heal — and somewhere along the way, we became the most burned out people in the room. Seeing clients back to back, skipping meals, missing family moments, quietly wondering if this is as good as it gets. What they didn't teach us in school is that the business model we inherited was never designed to give us freedom. It was designed to keep us busy. There's a version of your practice that doesn't require your sacrifice as the cost of admission. One where your income isn't capped by your calendar, your clients get your best, and you actually have a life outside the treatment room.

That's the world I'm building — and I'd love to help you build it too.
