Hey there, wellness entrepreneur. Welcome back!
Today we’re going to talk about Creating Content Using AI. It’s cutting edge strategies to grow your online business, save you time and get you out of your own head, getting out of imposter syndrome just so you can show up more online and sign more clients, help more people and create those five figure months.
And this is using AI not so you can post generic content. It’s not to post content to post content. It’s actually amplifying your own authentic voice.
So in today’s blog, we’re going to get all into AI and how to utilize it to save you time and improve in conversions and just get you more consistent in content creation.
Let’s Look Into Some Data
According to recent surveys, the average entrepreneur spends 12 to 15 hours a week creating content across various platforms. That is a large amount of time. It’s almost two full work days. And most of these entrepreneurs, about 70% or more, feel overwhelmed by the constant demand for fresh content. Sixty-eight percent say they’re not posting consistently enough to see real results.
And I’ll tell you what, my clients who do grow the fastest are posting multiple times a week. They are showing up consistently. And many wellness entrepreneurs, again, also say sometimes what’s holding them back from content creation is imposter syndrome, fear of being judged and criticized. And because algorithms are favoring when you do show up consistently, they’re also favoring high quality content.

High Quality Content
And what defines high quality content? It’s content that resonates, meaning people actually open your e-mails and are clicking. People are watching a reel all the way through. They’re sending it to a friend. They’re saving it to reference for later. That all shows the algorithms that this is a high piece of content and that your audience wants it.
But if we’re frozen in imposter syndrome, if you’re frozen in what to say, or it’s just taking you an hour or more to create one piece of content, then all those algorithms are a significant barrier to getting your business in front of more eyeballs, in front of more people. And that is often why your consultation calendar or DV schedule can feel like crickets at times. Or if your classes or workshops aren’t filling the way that you would hope.

The Answer Is Using Strategic AI Implementation
Again, not to create generic content or replace your voice, but to amplify it. Using AI as a collaborative tool rather than a replacement can drastically cut down your content creation time while still maintaining your authentic invoice and actually improving engagement rates.
So, there will be more people opening your e-mails, more people clicking, more people getting off of social media to your e-mails. Or again, sharing, saving, following you on Instagram, for example, or LinkedIn or whatever social media platform you’re on.
So research shows entrepreneurs and businesses using AI assistant content creation experience, I am one of them, three times increase their content output. They reduce content creation costs by 45%. They improve content consistency by close to 70%. They have a 40% boost in engagement rates when AI is used properly. They have more time for high value activities like strategy and client interaction and client delivery, focusing on getting clients’ results. They reduce burnout and improve work-life balance.

5 Ways To Use AI For Content Creation
So let’s get you going using AI tools. Here are five ways to use AI for content creation.
1. AI Can Help With Content Planning
Whether you batch for a month or a week like I do. But you can use, for example, Chat GPT, the paying version has an analyzation section where if you save words and phrases that your clients or potential clients use frequently, like, for example, I have a consultation form my clients fill out when they go to schedule a consultation, and I will copy and paste that. And I have a Google Drive document, not with names, but just with common struggles.
These entrepreneurs face the desires that they’re really seeking. And for over the years, I have probably definitely over 100 examples of phrases and common problems that Chat GPT can now analyze. So I can download the document and upload it to Chat GPT.
And I say, “Analyze this document for the three top common struggles my ideal client face and the three top desires or the three objections as to why they might not work with me or not invest with me. And let’s create two weeks’ worth of content from this.” And then be specific. Tell it to create reels with overlays and captions. Tell it to create e-mails with subject lines. You can use it to create an e-mail series, or maybe even a workshop series or a webinar or a challenge.
There are so many ways you can use the data from that analyzation. You can also do, to help with content creation and content planning, is have AI analyze your top performing content to identify patterns and tell it to create more content like the ones that do well.

So what I personally do is I have in my Instagram account, I have a save folder of content that does well. So again, using the metrics of engagement, specifically shares, sends and people commenting or opting in and visibility, number of views and the watch time all the way through. So using those metrics, I will take a screenshot of my content and I will say of both the text overlay of a reel and the caption of the reel. And I will drop it into AI and I’ll say, “This reel did well. Let’s create more reels like this.” And I have certain categories from my core teaching pillars, which I teach my clients.
So then I have consistent content that I know my audience likes and that does well. And I can just cycle through approaching those core teaching pillars from various perspectives, from more of an emotional viewpoint, from more of a story viewpoint, either my client story or my story or approaching it from the struggle standpoint or the successes standpoint.
As I teach my client the seven yeses in the 100K Marketing Framework, there are many different angles on which you can approach the same topic and AI can help plan out your content week or month, depending on how far out you batch or want to batch.
I’ll tell you, the reason why I do shorter batches a week is because I’m constantly getting feedback on what my audience wants in terms of what they’re telling me on calls, in terms of when people are applying for consultation calls, what they’re writing, which posts do well on Instagram and reels. I’m always measuring and watching that right now. And of course, e-mail opens and clicks. And that informs the content I’ll create for the following week.
So I have a shorter feedback cycle where I’m always analyzing, where I find that if I create content for a whole month, when I get towards the end of the month and that content I created, it either kind of feels dead, stale, not relevant, or I really need to update it based upon the data I learn. So I use a short feedback loop cycle to help and AI to help create content, but you do you, whatever helps you to show up more consistently.

2. AI Can Help Create Content Frameworks Using AI Prompts
This is a little meta, but you can use AI to help create content creation frameworks using AI prompts, meaning you can help AI create prompts to create more content frameworks for different types of content posts, whether they be a post, a carousel, a reel, a blog, an e-mail, LinkedIn versus Pinterest. Think of where you show up and how you want to show up.
So for example, on Instagram, hooks are very important, both a visual hook and a written hook on a reel and another hook in the caption. So, what questions do you need or what prompts do you need to tell AI to help generate those hooks?
So for example, I’m frequently telling AI, make it more controversial, make it bolder, make it more relatable. Depending on what it gives me, I’m volleying back and forth with AI to help create the hook that really resonates with me. That’s my voice and is going to capture my audience’s attention and have them watch the reel all the way through. So you can use AI to help develop those AI prompts so your content sounds like you, but again, is going to resonate largely with your audience.

3. AI Can Help Gather Statistics and Relevant Studies
You can also use AI assisted research to gather statistics, find relevant studies, summarize again what your audience is really looking for, what they’re really desiring. This is more instead of utilizing what’s in your world, but more of crowdsourcing to get statistics on your audience to help create content outside of what messages you’re getting in your inbox or what your current clients are saying. I think this step number three is helpful if you’re just starting out or you’re pivoting your niche slightly or making subtle changes to your niche.
Or maybe you have a few client avatars that you’ve been talking to, but now you really want to create a program for one of them specifically. I think that this tip number three to use AI to kind of crowdsource beyond what people are saying in your world is helpful. But when you get a program off the ground and when you have more people talking to you and you’re working with clients, I would utilize the information coming to you from the people in your world over crowdsourcing.
So I think this tip number three is a good way to get started. But then I would focus on more number one, analyzing and having your own document of what people are saying when they actually come into your world.

4. AI Can Help Create Content That Has Done Well
Number four is an elaboration on number one, but really focusing on helping AI to help you create content that has done well and really amplifying your brand voice across different platforms.
So, for example, if an e-mail had gotten a lot of click throughs and you got some consults scheduled or people purchased a workshop or a program off an e-mail, that’s something that you want to replicate. So you can drop that into AI and say, “This e-mail did well. Let’s create more e-mails around this topic.” You using this tone of voice and this style. And that can help you to create more emails like it so you have more clicks and more open rates. And you can send more emails in less time, taking less time to create them.
Again, the same rule can apply for any platform that you’re using. If you have a post that went viral on LinkedIn, you can tell AI, “This post went viral. Let’s create more like it. Keep it in my tone and language.” So you can use those different prompts to create similar pieces of content that has done well that your audience really likes in less time.

A part B to step number four is you can also use AI for content that’s done well, as I hinted before, to create series or sequences either in e-mail or, for example, on Instagram. I had the five tips to create your high ticket wellness online offer and I created a real series on that. I used AI to help create the hooks and streamline the content so I could create it faster. But I actually took the steps off my framework that I teach in my portal. So that’s how I used AI specifically for there.
But I have an upcoming launch for an Instagram message makeover workshop. Stay tuned for the details on that. And I’m sending out a series of e-mails to help promote that workshop. And then, of course, there’ll be follow up e-mails to promote the Instagram message makeover sales or the Instagram message makeover clinic following it, the eight-week clinic to create content that helps double your audience and double your views so you can sign more clients.
I’m using AI. I’m putting in certain e-mail topics that I want covered, like common objections, utilizing the analyzation data from before to know what those objections are, common struggles, common desires, client stories, my own story, all these different topics that I want to cover throughout the e-mails.
I can create a lot of e-mails if I just carve out a block of time for two hours to do that to help create that sequence, that e-mail sequence for before and to promote the webinar and also following the webinar to promote the actual program. So step number four, I would say it’s more of an advanced AI skill.

5. AI Can Help Create Single Email or Post at A Time
I actually started with step number five, which is just using AI to help create one e-mail or one post at a time. And what I would do when I first started AI is just do a brain dump. If I was writing an e-mail, I would just write who I was talking to, get the ideas out of my head and write it all down.
And then I would submit that into an AI tool like Claude or ChatGPT or Gemini, all the paying I find is much better. Another tool is Happy Copy is another one.
I would submit that very raw draft that had a lot of mistakes, misspellings, run-on sentences, and I would tell AI to clean it up, make it more concise, edit it for grammar. I would say, “Keep it in my tone and voice 75%.” So again, I’m keeping my voice, but it would just clean it up for me. And then maybe I would read it over again and say, “Okay, now let’s cover an objection or let’s add in a client story.” And I would tell the client story and then it would add it in.
So I could create one e-mail in a shorter amount of time and it was more engaging. It did better. I use the same process for a reel. I would say I want to have a reel that covers this topic and speaks to this perspective, help me to create a bold and controversial hook, give me the text overlay, help me to create the video, tell me what the video should be about, help me to create a caption. So you can really use AI to get out of your head and more into the client’s perspective.

So step number five here is actually how I started. And then I would start to add in these additional layers of now, OK, let’s plan out a whole week using this. Let’s plan out some sequences. Let’s do some more research about what people are really wanting for my program and what they want to hear. I had AI also help me create, this isn’t content creation, but this is inside my portal for the Instagram message makeover, a whole document that my clients could reference.
So, for example, if they’re saying they want to release tension in the psoas or get more hip flexor length, which is very much in the practitioner mind, I had AI create a whole document that takes that practitioner language and converts it into client language.
So you can also use AI to say, from your practitioner brain, this is what I want to say, or this is what I want to talk about, or this is the message that I want to get across in a reel. But how do I put it in my client’s words? So it can help you to convert it into your client’s words as well. As I just mentioned, you can use AI to help create documents and deliverables for your own clients.
This blog is more geared for content creation. There’ll be future blogs on how I use AI in other areas of my business beyond content creation. But there’s a sneak peek.
So if you’re worried about your content sounding too robotic or too generic or losing your authentic voice when using AI, just remember, it’s all about the prompts. AI is a tool. It’s almost like a high powered word processor or a VA that you really have to train and communicate with. So as long as you’re communicating with it and working on your prompts, then it will give you content that sounds like you, or at least a framework, an e-mail that is edited and you have a flow, which then you can go back and modify. So it’s your own voice. So you can use AI to do the heavy lifting of really getting the body of the e-mail down on paper, which is the heavy lifting. Well, then you just go in and infuse your unique perspectives and experiences.

So for example, sometimes when I’m using AI and it’s helping me to create a reel, like I might say, “Five AI tools to help you create content faster.” And it might give me five AI tools, but I don’t agree with those five AI tools, or I have some more unique perspectives on AI tools, then I’ll just go in and edit it. But then the body of the content is already there.
Or if I say these three tips to create more work-life balance, and AI gives me some very generic tips that I don’t agree with, I’ll go in and I’ll change it. Often that happens because I find I have different perspectives than a lot of other business coaches out there. So I’ll go in and I’ll change the actual tips, but the framework of the reel or the email is already there. So I just have to go in and add my own unique perspective.
Again, if you’re using the prompt and you have examples, you can always submit an example of an e-mail that worked well for you and say, “This is my tone, this is my language, my voice, keep it in my language and voice, 80%,” that really does help a lot too.

Skeptical About AI?
If you’re skeptical, I hear you.
When AI first came out, I was very, very resistant. And it always made me laugh when I could see someone using an AI tool because you could tell either by the quotation marks or the emoji starting the caption or email or unlock these words, unlock, unleash. AI has a tendency to gravitate towards, you could really see it. But then I started just, again, starting out with an e-mail once in a while, I would write the e-mail primarily and then get into AI to clean it up and make it more concise and edit for grammar. And then I just started adding layers, tweaking and refining with it.
And I’ll tell you, if I look back, you know, six or nine months ago, I can’t believe not using AI in my business now. It really does save me so much time and help me create more content that both does well and just create more content. I frequently use AI with my clients to help them create a bio that fits, an Instagram bio, for example, that fits within the character limits. I help my clients with using AI to help create workshop titles and workshop frameworks and flows and registration pages. Sometimes we’ll bring up AI and we’ll, on a call together, workshop all this out with the AI tool right there live.
Implementation Tips If You’re Just Getting Started With AI
So here are some implementation tips if you’re just getting started:
· Start small, begin with one content type like an e-mail or a social media post. Test and refine.
· Spend two weeks perfecting AI prompts to help get you the content that, again, is authentic to you and in your voice.
· Measure results, track the open rates, the click rates, reels, the visibility, the engagement, the saves, the shares.
· Check your metrics to make sure it’s working. Just don’t blindly keep using AI without refining. And then gradually expand.
· Apply successful strategies to other content types or you can move across different platforms and use AI to help repurpose. I use AI a lot to help repurpose my e-mail into carousels, the Instagram carousels. You can go check that out.
Conclusion

I love that.
And remember, the goal of AI isn’t to remove yourself completely for the process. You want to keep your voice in there. You know your clients best. You’re just using AI to make the process faster and more refined so you can get more conversions and creating content faster then allow you to focus your energy where you need it the most and stay consistent so your audience really associates you with your messaging and your program and so they start planning and saving and budgeting to work with you or that piece of content that does really well, gets in front of a new person for the first time and they schedule a consultation and sign up to work with you right away, it happens.
